Thursday February 10th Danish Broadcasting Corporation (the public service station) broadcast a documentary on “vulnerable asylum seekers being imprisoned in Denmark”, even if they have done nothing criminal and are not charged with anything. They are, often for months, incarcerated into an instutution called Ellebæk, neighbor to the Sandholm camp.
The reporter focuses on the the people, who according to international agreements must not be locked up. Danish authorities does it anyway. Among the people seen as “vulnerable” are victims of human trafficking.
