Professional Volunteer or Interns

A volunteer in HopeNow is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in oneself and has the courage to develop that potential in others.

The group consist of university interns and professionals willing to learn and teach about human trafficking, its consequences, and documentation thereof, but also about social and legal matters associated with human trafficking in Denmark. 

The volunteers work within their professional competencies to promote human rights by outreach or creating awareness of human trafficking.

The group of professionals work autonomously, seriously and voluntarily.

Interested volunteers or university interns seeking 4-6 months of internship can send their CVs to our coordinators: and 

The professionals consist of three groups: 

1) The caseworkers work with the vital outreach work,  teaching and international advocacy. 

2) The researchers work with digital data collection and awareness-raising.  

3) The admin and strategic group work at raising funds and steering strategic communication.

To be a member of the group, you must be an experienced social worker, healthcare professional, lawyer, political scientist, or journalist/ anthropology student in the final year of your MA studies. 

HopeNow is looking for

Compassionate social workers

With experience in working with vulnerable people in irregular  migration or human trafficking.

Systematic communicators

Able to conduct academic research and trained in journalistic writing, video production, or content creation.

Versatile Digital specialists  

Willing to provide ad-hoc assistance with Microsoft  Office 365, MailChimp or WordPress.
